Warga banyak bertanya kenapa sampai jaringan internet terganggu dan sampai kapan baru aktif jaringan, akibatnya ini semua aktivitas sehari hari maupun lancarkan aktivitas berbagai usaha<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>tersendat dan sangat terasa,\u201dtegas Dolfin Beanal saat ditemui wartawan di kantor DPRK Mimika, Timika, kabupaten Mimika, Papua Tengah pada Selasa (19\/8\/2025).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Dengan gangguan internet selama beberapa hari di Mimika dampaknya sangat dirasakan warga Mimika, karena itu Dolfin Beanal berharap PT Telkomsel dapat memberikan penjelasan tentang penyebab gangguan dan memberikan penjelasan tentang kompensasi kepada pelanggan terhadap pembayaran atau tagihan Indihome yang sudah dekat jatuh tempo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">\u201cKarena tidak bisa menggunakan fasilitas jaringan internet khususnya pelanggan Indihome dan paket data pelanggan tidak maksimal dalam berkomunikasi sehingga harus ada kompensasi atau nilai tagihan tidak dibayar penuh. Karena kesalahan ada pada Telkomsel, sehingga harus ada pertanggungjawaban kompensasi bagi pelanggan,\u201dpintanya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Dolfin berharap gangguan jaringan internet yang terjadi saat ini di Timika bisa secepatnya normal kembali, karena memang kebutuhan internet menjadi kebutuhan primer dalam mendukung berbagai kegiatan sehari hari maupun dalam dunia bisnis yang mengandalkan jaringan internet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">\u201cSecepatnya harus ada solusi agar internet di Timika bisa normal kembali, sebab bisa saja terjadi masalah yang tak diinginkan bila berlarut larut terjadinya gangguan internet di Timika,\u201dkatanya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">Ketika disinggung apakah Komisi II akan mengundang PT Telkomsel untuk Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) terkait permasalahan gangguan jaringan internet, Dolfin Beanal mengaku akan berkoordinasi dengan komisi terkait dan pimpinan dewan.
