{"id":8797,"date":"2025-09-10T11:39:06","date_gmt":"2025-09-10T11:39:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/taparemimika.com\/?p=8797"},"modified":"2025-09-10T11:39:06","modified_gmt":"2025-09-10T11:39:06","slug":"forum-pelanggan-dan-konsumen-telkom-telkomsel-timika-sampaikan-11-poin-pernyataan-sikap-terkait-masalah-gangguan-internet-ancam-gelar-demo-bila-tak-ada-respon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/taparemimika.com\/index.php\/2025\/09\/10\/forum-pelanggan-dan-konsumen-telkom-telkomsel-timika-sampaikan-11-poin-pernyataan-sikap-terkait-masalah-gangguan-internet-ancam-gelar-demo-bila-tak-ada-respon\/","title":{"rendered":"Forum Pelanggan Dan Konsumen Telkom &#8211; Telkomsel Timika Sampaikan 11 Poin Pernyataan Sikap Terkait Masalah Gangguan Internet, Ancam Gelar Demo Bila Tak Ada Respon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><em><strong><span class=\"s1\">Foto bersama sejumlah warga yang tergabung dalam Forum Pelanggan dan Konsumen Telkom dan Telkomsel Timika usai menggelar konfrensi Pers terkait persoalan jaringan internet yang bermasalah di Timika, kabupaten Mimika, Papua Tengah, Rabu (10\/9\/2025)\/Foto : redaksi<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><strong>TIMIKA, (taparemimika.com)<\/strong> &#8211; Masalah gangguan jaringan internet yang sudah berlangsung sejak pertengahan Agustus hingga September 2025 di Timika saat ini cukup meresahkan seluruh masyarakat Mimika khususnya pelanggan Indihome<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Dan Jaringan internet seluler, akibatnya pelanggan atau<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>konsumen Telkom dan Telkomsel Mimika menyampaikan 11 poin pernyataan sikap.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pernyataan sikap dari pelanggan<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>sejumlah pelanggan yang tergabung dalam Forum Pelanggan Telkom-Telkomsel Timika disampaikan dalam konferensi pers dengan wartawan yang digelar di Warkop Laskar Ayam Jantan (LAJ) di Jalan Kartini Timika, kabupaten Mimika, Papua Tengah pada Rabu (10\/9\/2025) sore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pernyataan sikap dari Forum Pelanggan Telkom-Telkomsel Timika disampaikan masing-masing oleh, Zadrak Rayar, Ridwan Rasad dan Netty Ngamelubun mewakili seluruh pelanggan yang secara bergantian membacakan 11 poin pernyataan Sikap yang ditujukan kepada Telkom dan Telkomsel Timika.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Pernyataan sikap dari Forum Pelanggan Telkom dan Telkomsel pada intinya menyoroti terkait jaringan internet di Timika yang terus bermasalah. Menurut perwakilan pelanggan bahwa akibat internet mengalami gangguan cukup lama ini telah memporak porakandakan seluruh sendi sendi kehidupan dan aktifitas masyarakat di kabupaten Mimika.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cKami mewakili seluruh pelanggan dan konsumen serta seluruh masyarakat kabupaten Mimika yang turut merasakan dampak atau akibat masalah internet di Timika yang sudah terjadi kurang lebih dua bulan sejak amAgustus hingga September 2025, berharap secepatnya normal kembali,\u201dtegas Zadrak Rayar mewakili pelanggan dan konsumen di Timika.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Selanjutnya, Zadrak Rayar yang membacakan tiga poin pernyataan sikap diantaranya, <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">1. Telkom- Telkomsel Timika segera benahi jaringan internet (wifi\/jaringan seluler), segera aktifkan jaringan internet baik melalui indihome maupun paket internet seluler. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">2. Merealisasikan segera kompensasi atau pergantian pembayaran indihome dan perpanjangan kuota internet seluruh pelanggang tanpa terkecuali.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">3. Pihak Telkom- Tekomsel Timika segera menyampaikan permohonan maaf kepada seluruh pelanggan melalui nomor kontak masing-masing (tidak hanya melalui media) dan melalui pengeras suara mobiling ke seluruh penjuru kota Tmika.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Sedangkan salah seorang pelanggan lainnya, Ridwan Razad yang membacakan poin 4 hingga 7 dianataranya :<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">4. Sebagai bentuk tanggungjawab moral terhadap pelanggan, Telkom-Telkomsel menyiapkan atau menyediakan starling untuk pelanggan untuk mendapatkan akses internet di lokasi atau tempat keramaian bukan di kantor atau isntansi tertentu saja. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">5. Mempresentasikan realisasi atau<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>program program CSR PT Telkom dan Telkomsel terhadap masyarakat dan lingkungannya sebagai salah satu tanggungjawab dari perusahaan BUMn milik pemerintah.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">6. Memperbaiki layanan service dan respon cepat terhadap laporan gangguan bagi pelanggan indihome yang mengalami masalah gangguan jaringan internet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">7. Melakukan rasionalisasi terhadap standar harga paket seluler dan tarif pembayaran indihome yang terkesan memberatkan pelanggan, karena sesungguhnya Tekom dan Telkomsel adalah perusahaan milik negara. Artinya, tidak hanya memikirkan meraup keuntungan saja, tapi bagaimana perusahaan milik negara hadir melalui perusahaan BUMN (seperti Tekom-Telkomsel) hadir dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik dari pemerintah.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">9. Mendesak menteri BUMN RI Erick Thohir<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>segera melakukan restrukturisasi terhadap pimpinan pimpinan Telkom &#8211; Telkomsel dari tingkat pusat &#8211; wilayah sampai di kabupaten, termasuk mengevaluasi Kepala Telkom Timika dan kepala cabang Telkomsel Tumika yang dianggap tidak berhasil dalam melakulan service dan pelayanan secara baik terhadap pelanggan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">10. Mempertanyakan ketegasan Pemerintah Daerah dan DPRD soal kondisi yang dialami masyarkat Mimika akibat dampak dari masalah internet di Tmika yang terjadi selama ini,m. Begitu juga terhadap kinerja pelayanan dan service seluruh masyarakat Mimika yang notabene adalah pelanggan dan konsumen Telkom-Telkomsel Timika.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">11. Apabila pernyataan sikap ini tidak diindahkan, maka kami pelanggan dan konsumen akan melakukan aksi demo ke kantor pemerintahan, DPRK dan kantor Telkom dan Telkomsel Timika.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Forum pelanggan dan Konsumen Telkom dan Telkomsel berharap ada respon cepat dan memberikan jawaban terhadap pernyataan sikap yang disampaikan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Selain itu, forum juga meminta agar kepada pemerintah pusat, pemerintah provinsi maupun pemerintah kabupaten Mimika untuk memberikan ruang seluas-luasnya kepada perusahaan seluler (Proveder) lainnya selain Telkomsel untuk mengembangkan operasi usahanya di Kabupaten Mimika dan Provinsi Papua Tengah, sehingga ada kompetitor.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">11 Pernyataan Sikap yang telah disampaikan dari Forum Pelanggan dan Konsumen Telkom dan Telkomsel Timika , selanjutnya akan disampaikan diteruskan atau diserahkan langsung ke PT Telkom dan Telkomsel.
